SAILING WITH JESUS for July 20, 2010

TACOMA COMMUNITY IMPACT: Join Adventists from across western Washington in making a difference in the City of Tacoma this August 28 from 2-7:30 pm. >Find more details and register online at www.washingtonconference.org/tacoma to join this community impact service event.
CLEAN UP WORKBEE: SAGE Seniors need your help with a work bee at Auburn Adventist Academy on Sunday, August 15, from 9 am to 5 pm to clean out Gibson Hall. Thirty (30) volunteers (teachers, students, community people) are needed to help load of dumpsters while others remove items from the building. Masks will be supplied for all workers, but bring your own gloves. >Volunteer by contacting Joan Libby at (253) 681-6008.
MUSICAL CONCERT: A group of eight students, called HOPE, from California Baptist University will present a musical concert at Federal Way Adventist Church on Wednesday, July 21, at 7 pm. The church is located at 810 S. 312th St in Federal Way. >Questions? Contact Pastor Marvin Humbert.
OUTDOOR CHURCH: Auburn City will have Outdoor Church on the Gibson Hall lawn at Auburn Adventist Academy this July 24. Jack Sequeira will be the featured speaker. There will be a potluck lunch, hike and vespers in the afternoon. FUN RUN: British Columbia Conference Camp Meeting will have a Fun Run (5K/10K run, 5K walk) on July 25. Registration begins at 6:45 am on the west side of the lodge, with the fun run/walk starting at 7:30 am. Fee: twoonie for the run or $5 which includes a shirt. Come early to register. MUSICAL CONCERT: Matt Melashenko will present a musical concert at the Startup Seventh-day Adventist Church on Sabbath, July 31, at 7:30 pm. The theme for Spanish Camp Meeting is "Our Adventist Heritage."
