MEDIA LIBRARY: The Washington Conference Media Library is up and running. The on-demand media library features Washington Adventist Camp Meeting and other audio-video selections including Ty Gibson’s presentations on postmodern ministry. >Check it out at www.washingtonconference.org/media.
 
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL: Summertime provides lots of opportunities for community outreach through Vacation Bible School for neighborhood and church children. Invite the children in your neighborhood to a VBS program in Auburn, Edmonds, Federal Way, Graham, Kent, Kirkland, Lacey, Sequim, Tacoma and/or Yelm. >Check out the full list of VBS locations, dates and times in western Washington!
 
OUTDOOR CHURCH: Auburn City will have Outdoor Church on the Gibson Hall lawn at Auburn Adventist Academy this July 24. Jack Sequeira will be the featured speaker. FUN RUN: British Columbia Conference Camp Meeting will have a Fun Run (5K/10K run, 5K walk) on July 25. Registration begins at 6:45 am on the west side of the lodge, with the fun run/walk starting at 7:30 am. Fee: twoonie for the run or $5 which includes a shirt. Come early to register. AAA GOLF TOURNAMENT: The fourth annual AAA Golf Tournament will be held August 15 at the Auburn Golf Course featuring shotgun start at 7:30 am and 4-man best ball. SAGE SERVICE/TRAVEL TOUR: SAGE Seniors are taking a service/travel tour to Michigan and Missouri this September and October. The service portion is September 26 to October 8 where participants will paint historic Adventist buildings at Adventist Heritage Village in Battle Creek, Michigan. SAGE MISSION TRIP: SAGE Seniors are going on a mission trip to Mexico from December 29, 2010 to January 21, 2011. Evangelists will depart December 29 and everyone else (builders, painters, VBS leaders, medical staff) departs January 5. Cost is $2,195 per person (includes airfare, transportation, lodging, meals and sightseeing at Mayan ruins). VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Radio of Hope (KROH 91.1 fm) in Port Townsend needs skilled volunteers to help get a new radio station launched. Volunteers with the following areas of expertise are particularly needed: excavator/backhoe/bulldozer operators, foundation/cement specialists, geotechnical soils engineer, chain link fence installers, tower assembler helpers, civil/structural engineer, propane specialist, electricians, carpenters and more. >Volunteer by contacting Glenn Gately at (360) 774-6742.
