General Information Sheet Group Registration Form Permission Slip Weekend Schedule
The Fine Print
· Age - Participants must be 13 years of age or older AT THE TIME of the mission trip.
· Permission slips required for anyone under 18. >Download the permission slip.
· Current background screening for all youth leaders/chaperones is required. Please be advised that the process takes a minimum of 4 weeks so time is of the essence! Forms can be obtained through your Youth Leader or Church Pastor.
The Details
· Lodging - We will be camping on the grounds of Skagit Adventist School. School bathrooms will be available for use. Local shower options will be arranged, but not on site. Bring a tent or an RV camper (you will be dry-camping, however water and power will be available).
· Pets - Absolutely none. The facilities we will be at do not allow animals.
· Attire for Sabbath - a theme t-shirt will be provided to wear for that day. T-Shirt sizes are Adult S - M - L - XL - XXL
· Meals - There will be no food service on Thursday. Please plan accordingly. Three full meals will be provided each day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
· Adult Chaperones - Chaperones should be 21 years of age or older. Nobody under 21 should be driving youth. Groups need an adult to youth ratio of 6:1. The appropriate number of male and female chaperones will need to accompany the group.
What to Bring
Modest dress is required at all times. Long work pants, work shirt, heavy shoes, and work gloves; nicer jeans or other pants for Sabbath; Bible; water bottle; tent; bedding; towel/wash cloth; personal care items, and sunscreen. A joyful, willing spirit.
Do not bring pocket or other knives; electronics such as iPods and video games. Cell phones ok.
