Join us at Washington Adventist Camp Meeting
on June 11-19, 2010, to "Go Take Jesus to the World."
Washington Adventist Camp Meeting is a 9-day religious convention of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Participants typically “camp” or reside in motor homes, trailers, tents, or dormitory rooms, or commute from their homes. Religious training is provided for people of all ages from infants to teenagers to young adults to parents to senior citizens. Camp meeting is open to the general public.
Camp Meeting is held on the campus of Auburn Adventist Academy in Auburn, Washington. Registration is only required for on-site accommodations.

First Weekend
Camp meeting begins Friday, June 11, with the 7:15 pm program. Camp meeting is running one week earlier this year to accommodate General Conference session in Atlanta, Georgia. Our first weekend (Friday night through Sunday night) speaker is Ron Clouzet, North American Division ministerial director.
Sunday Activities
The 5K Fun Run/Walk scheduled for Sunday, June 13, is now cancelled because of ground conditions.
On Sunday, enjoy an 11 am presentation by Mike Jones, from Operation Reconnect. Attend the Car Show on the central lawn from 12-3 pm and the Adventist Book Center auditorium sale at 2:30 pm. Disaster response meetings will be held throughout the day including the Disaster Response Summit at 1 pm.

Weekday Programs
Paul Dybdahl from Walla Walla University will be the early morning (6:30 am) speaker in Auburn Academy Church. The Micheff Sisters will be the 9:30 am presenters in Rainier Auditorium with a cooking school, plus present afternoon workshops on community and spiritual growth. Storyteller Joe Wheeler will speak at 11 am in Rainier Auditorium and present an afternoon class.
A variety of classes will be offered at 2:30 and 4 pm. See the program guide for class descriptions.
Mini-concerts, including The Micheff Sisters on Tuesday, June 15, and the Oregon and Romanian Adventist Men's Chorus, on Thursday, June 17, will be featured nightly. Chaplain Terry Johnsson will be the evening speaker for Monday through Thursday nights.
Second Weekend
Dick Duerksen, master storyteller for Maranatha Volunteers International, will be the featured speaker for second weekend.

Most if not all camp meeting programs in Rainier Auditorium will be streamed live at washingtonconference.org. A high speed Internet is recommended.

Kids’ Divisions
Programming will be provided for Beginners 1 (ages 0-2), Beginners 2 (ages 2-3), Kindergarten (age 4-6), Primary (ages 7-9), Juniors (ages 10-12), Earliteens (ages 13-15), Youth (grades 9-12), and Young Adults (18+). Parents of children ages 0-6 are required to register for a safety wristband.
