Serving as the Pastors' Pastor 

The Ministerial Department provides three main services to the members, leaders, and churches of the Washington Conference:

Pastors’ Pastor: supporting and mentoring conference pastoral staff 

Continuing Education: training and providing learning opportunities for ordained pastors, intern pastors, lay pastors, and task force workers.

Evangelism Coordination: plans satellite net downlinks, guest evangelists, local pastor evangelism, and evangelism by lay preachers.

This year, Washington Conference members gave $287,000 for conference-wide outreach programs. Annual church requests for evangelism funding assistance total more than $700,000. The opportunities far outweigh the resources at this point.
