The Treasury department provides short and long-term financial planning, processes accounting functions such as payroll, church remittance and appropriations and subsidies and manages investments, insurance, office computer network and office facilities. Treasury also advises Auburn Adventist Academy, Puget Sound Adventist Academy, Adventist Book Center, Sunset Lake Camp, Churches and affiliated Schools.

The Treasury department reports to Executive Committee, K-12 School Board, Lay Advisory, and Constituency Session. It is held accountable through annual financial audits by General Conference Auditing Services for Washington Conference, Western Washington Corporation, Auburn Adventist Academy, Puget Sound Adventist Academy, and Adventist Book Center.
